Installation of Enviro Loo Eco-Sanitation Units
Redwell Trading Enterprise was subcontracting with Nicsani Trading project for the construction of 3 Blocks of Enviro Loo Toilets. The project focused on the supply and installation of Enviro Loo waterless sanitation systems as a sustainable solution to address sanitation challenges in off-grid or water-scarce areas. These systems were selected for their environmentally friendly design, which operates without the need for water or electricity, making them ideal for rural schools, community facilities, and public areas.
The scope of work included site preparation, concrete base construction, secure mounting of the Enviro Loo units, and the installation of ventilation and access components.

Construction of Reinforced Concrete Valve Chamber
Redwell Trading Enterprise subcontracting with Tlou Consulting Pty (Ltd) was in charge of constructing Moletjie South regional Water Scheme Phase 1. This project focused on building a strong underground box-like structure made of concrete, called a valve chamber. A valve chamber is an important part of a water system. It safely houses valves—mechanical devices that control the flow and pressure of water moving through large underground pipes.
This chamber makes it possible to easily manage, open, or shut off sections of the water system for maintenance, repairs, or to redirect water to different areas. It plays a key role in helping the community to provide water.

Upgrading of Pumps and Construction of New Bulk Water Supply Line to Service Reservoirs
Redwell Trading Enterprise was subcontracting with Swinaveto Trading Enterprise for the upgrading of Pumps and Construction of New Bulk Line to service Reservoirs at Mutotti Village. This project entailed the comprehensive upgrade of existing water pump infrastructure and the construction of a new bulk water pipeline aimed at improving the capacity and efficiency of water distribution to key reservoir facilities.

Construction of 2.5km Ring Road
Redwell Trading Enterprise was subcontracting with Mnd Project Trading cc for the construction of 2.5km Ring Road at Phaphazela. The Construction of the 2.5km Ring Road project was undertaken to improve local transportation infrastructure by providing an alternative route to ease traffic congestion and enhance accessibility in Phaphazela. The new ring road forms a strategic transport link, promoting smoother traffic flow and supporting future urban and economic development.

Foundation Excavation for Elevated Steel Water Tank Structure
Redwell Trading Enterprise was subcontracting with Nyingwani Building Solutions (Pty) Ltd for the refurbishment of Malamulele Traffic Department Phase 2. The project involved the site preparation and excavation of foundations for a new elevated steel water tank support structure. This phase focused on precise trenching and levelling to accommodate reinforced concrete footings designed to support the vertical load of the steel tank tower.

Road Patching and Surface Rehabilitation
Redwell Trading Enterprise was subcontracting the identification and preparation of damaged areas, removal of defective asphalt layers, application of tack coat, placement of new asphalt material, compaction, and quality control inspections. Emphasis was placed on efficient execution with minimal disruption to traffic flow.
